Basic breakfast done well. That would be the bumper sticker version of this review. Saturday morning at Heart Stones, a restaurant which has undergone a change of ownership a few times and a recent change in name, adding the Heart. A couple of lovely over easy eggs with excellent corned beef hash. Excellent because of the crispness of the edges and the well seasoned corned beef. A late arriving side of rye toast was delivered by the owner with an apology and a smile. The other dish at the table, Garden Eggs Benedict was fully enjoyed. Nothing fancy here. Just a solid breakfast/lunch diner with friendly waitress service in the 'heart' of North Yarmouth.
